The role builds and maintains the financial models required by lenders, shareholders and the Grantor, tracks every project and department against budget, and flags overruns early with a mitigation plan. It ensures all costs are captured in line with IFRS, SOCPA and regulatory requirements, and gives senior management and the Board clear, timely reporting on cost performance.
