Almadinah, Al Madīnah, Saudi Arabia Job Purpose: The Cost Control Specialist owns the company's annual OPEX and CAPEX budget cycle and keeps spending on plan. The role builds and maintains the financial models required by lenders, shareholders and the Grantor, tracks every project and department against budget, and flags overruns early with a mitigation plan.
