The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day HR function for TORQ's India business and operations. The position requires a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders and management. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and international business environment and should combine strong HR operational capabilities with sound judgement, commercial awareness and a people-focused approach.
