We're looking for an energetic, creative and focused AI Native Video Content Lead to build and run our first in-house video pod. You'll lead a small team (an on-camera host and script writer, plus a video producer, backed by outside editors) out of a dedicated space in our Tulsa office . The pod's job is to build everything a category needs on video: paid ad creative, organic social content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit, and lifecycle content for email, retargeting and onsite journeys.
