Job Summary The Director of Human Resources is HEF's lead HR professional, responsible for keeping a large, largely part-time workforce staffed, paid, supported, and compliant. The role serves approximately 20 full-time and 100 part-time employees across 15 afterschool (OST) program sites. The position combines two areas.
