Istanbul Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2 finance and accounting professionals. Organize workload, delegate tasks, and ensure high quality and accuracy of output. Reporting & Big 4 Audit: End-to-end responsibility for Tax, Statutory, and Group Management/IFRS reporting.
