The Payments Team Lead owns the performance and service quality of Leadtech 's payment ecosystem across two complementary functions: a Revenue Optimization team , focused on maximizing authorization rates and transaction profitability across PSPs and payment methods, and an Account Management team , which acts as the internal payments partner to Leadtech 's business units, managing payment strategy on a B2B basis within the company.
