Sacramento, CA What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and food preparation areas. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment. Support kitchen and bar staff with setup, breakdown, and daily operations. Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with special events and resident dining experiences.
