United States ABOUT THE ROLE The Paralegal / Project Manager owns cases from the point they're ready for a demand letter/package through payout administration. You'll be the connective tissue between Legal Strategy and Ops — reviewing and QA'ing legal materials (demand letters, notices, case memos, ToS), shepherding packages through counsel review, and making sure cases move forward on schedule with clean handoffs.
