Ensures compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements and client-specific certifications; performs mechanical calculations using PV Elite, COMPRESS, or similar tools. Manages and reviews outsourced design deliverables; supports bid evaluations, scope reviews, and client clarifications. Coordinates with QA/QC for inspection and material compliance.
