Aachen, Germany Your Role As a Senior Process Development Engineer – 2D growth, you will lead high-temperature thermal processing, tool qualification and graphene-synthesis baseline development for FabONE. You will drive the release and optimization of 2D-material growth processes, improve thermal-film properties, and establish stable, repeatable graphene-growth recipes.
