Voyago is hiring a Part-Time Call Taker for our Inter-Community Shuttle Services! Your Role Answering calls promptly and professionally. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs (e.g., booking rides or addressing complaints). Accurately documenting information in the system for tracking and resolution. Coordinating with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
