AdvisaCare Home Health is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Home Health Intake Coordinator to join our team at our Kalamazoo/Portage l ocation! The Home Health Intake Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that benefit information, initial authorization and patient liability are obtained prior to the clinical staff starting care. This position also includes scheduling of clinical staff and tracking orders and other pertinent documentation from physicians/ referral sources.
